Return & Refund Policy

We want you happy and feelin' très chic! We kindly ask that you return any merchandise within 14 days of purchase. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you. Accepted returns are exchanged for in-store credit only.

For your return to be accepted, the item must be unused with original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. Please provide proof of purchase - check your email and store receipts.

Only full-price items may be returned. All clearance items are final sale.

Exchanges for a different size or color may be accommodated on an item-by-item basis. All Jellycat® items are final sale. Reach out to a sales associate for more information.
