With her fluffy crown, Mirielle St. Honore is the queen of all Jellycat pastries and named for the patron saint of bakers in France. The airy cake was invented in 1847 at a bakery on the famous Rue Saint-Honore in Paris. The classic dessert has a shortbread base and a dollop of chantilly on top.
